I feel compelled to respond because this is not representative of myself, or an accurate depiction of what occurred. I take pride in providing the best customer service to everyone. As you can see from my past reviews. While I apologize for any inconvenience caused to you and your family, but when tenants breach the contract, steps have to be taken. You were not given permission to install the bidet, but proceeded to do so. That situation cost the landlord money to fix the damage you left behind which you refused to repair. Yet, the landlord agreed to cover the costs to satisfy you. Mind you, this is not the only time landlord covered costs for you. You also constantly harassed the landlord, even after you agreed that you would leave her alone. I am sorry that you are angry because the situation could’ve turned out better, but falsifying and defaming is the wrong way to handle this. If you feel the need to speak with me directly, please do so.
